Waterloo Bridge is Virginia's oldest vehicular bridge. It links Fauquier and Culpeper Counties over the Rappahannock River. This historic bridge was built in 1878 and has recently been closed to traffic. A group of local citizens are trying to save this bridge. Armand painted this bridge in order to bring awareness of it's possible demise
